Joseph Byers is a native of Kansas City, MO. He is a graduate of Missouri Western State University with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. He also earned a Master of Science in Business Management from the University of Saint Mary. He joined our wondrous band on December 3, 1998, at the University of Missouri Kansas City, Lambda Alpha Chapter.

He is also a Charter Member of the Alpha Beta Nu Chapter at Missouri Western State University in 2000. Bro. Byers is currently a member of the Tau Zeta Sigma Alumni Chapter and serves as the chapter's Sigma Beta Club Coordinator. Professionally, Bro. Byers has forged a 24-year career in Consumer & Commercial Lending with companies such as GE Capital, Wells Fargo, State Farm Ins., and Mitsubishi Capital. Bro. Byers has carried an enterprising spirit throughout his career
